Homo Faber Fellowship is presented by the Michelangelo Foundation for Creativity and Craftsmanship, a non–profit institution based in Geneva, which champions contemporary craftspeople worldwide with the aim of promoting a more human, inclusive and sustainable future. The Foundation presents Homo Faber, a cultural movement centred on international master artisans and the next generations of craftspeople. Established in 2020 in Armenia, OCHRE merges artistic ideas with artisanal expertise to craft objects for everyday life. At the heart of OCHRE’s practice is wool—a material that serves as both a physical foundation and a source of reflection. Yet wool is a starting point, never an obligatory final destination. In recent years, OCHRE’s collections have expanded into the world of embroidery, ceramics, and beyond. OCHRE creates objects for everyday life, guided by a search for more sustainable ways of relating to materials, to histories, and to one another.

A–N–D is a decorative luminaire design studio and manufacturer where original collections are conceptualised, built, and assembled in–house. The name A–N–D is derived from 'A New Detail.' The studio explores new design possibilities through innovative production methods and by integrating the latest lighting technologies. In pursuit of the visually poetic, A–N–D is inspired by the unexpected and the everyday—compelled by light’s ability to shape and animate space.

The concept behind Woodnotes est. 1987 products is to combine artistic creativity inspired by Finland’s rugged nature with technology, to shape beautiful local raw materials. Softness of wool, purity of paper, glow of linen—the company collection represents timeless products of rare aesthetic quality. The unique paper yarn innovation—durable, allergy–friendly designer rugs and blinds made of paper yarn and cotton, are represented together with a selection of outdoor rugs, tufted wool–linen carpets, and atelier–woven cotton–paper yarn and wool–paper yarn rugs, among others.

FREITAG makes bags and accessories from used and, increasingly, circular materials. What began in Zurich in 1993 with messenger bags made from discarded truck tarps now comprises around 60 models, every product a one–off. FREITAG products are robust, functional everyday companions that, thanks to a range of repair and exchange services, can expect an even longer, more fulfilling life. The headquarter is in Zurich, where a large part of the truck tarpaulins are disassembled, washed, and cut to size. The company also runs 30 FREITAG Stores worldwide, a Zurich–based Online Store, and its products are available at over 220 retail partners globally.
