Greenlandic designer Nickie Isaksen presents her brand Isaksen Design at the Greenland Representation during 3daysofdesign. Born in Paamiut and raised in Nuuk, Isaksen draws deeply on Greenland’s spiritual traditions, nature, and cultural heritage. Since founding her brand in 2002, she has worked to tell Greenland’s story through timeless, handcrafted fashion.

The Greenlandic fashion designer Nickie Isaksen presents creations from her brand, Isaksen Design, at the Greenlandic Representation, located in a former warehouse dating back to 1767. The tastefully restored building—just across from Nyhavn—was originally used to store goods from Greenland, such as whale blubber and tusks from narwhals and walruses, and therefore has a long–standing connection to Greenland. Visitors can experience a selection of Isaksen Design creations, all of which incorporate visual elements inspired by Greenlandic Inuit culture.

Where attachment begins. "moifani" is a furniture brand launched in 2021 by SHIKI, an Okawa-based manufacturer in Japan. Design by SATEREO, the Portugal-based studio of Japanese designer Keita Sato. Its distinctive forms emerge as flowing curves that draw out the tactile warmth of solid wood and invite a lasting relationship between people and furniture. In moifani’s work, form is never arbitrary; it grows from the quiet dialogue between people, material, and everyday life. The "pombo collection", a series of dining chairs and tables, marks the brand’s latest release.

The story of sog begins in the world of bespoke furniture in Japan, where its creators listened to countless stories—the single line drawn by an architect, the quiet wish of a user. To answer each one, the brand's artisans sculpted wood, tailored fabrics, and bent metal. The myriad forms born and then vanished in this process became what they call the “memories of design.” From this vast accumulation of memories and experience, “sog” was born: a brand that carves out the "So” (素)—the elemental form destined to become the standard of the future.
