The story began with a vision of creating a new generation of interior design accessories where Danish design tradition and functionality go hand in hand. Over the past 20 years, FROST Denmark has established itself among renowned design firms, offering designs that align with consumer lifestyles. Behind the brand are independent designers such as Bønnelycke MDD, Busk+Hertzog, Paul Leroy, and Henrik Tengler, who contribute to its interior product line across nine finishes. Skovby furniture is based on ideas of simplicity, functionality and great details. One of the great details is that Skovby only use sustainable wood. Another is a commitment to the original trade. Throughout the years, Skovby has educated more than 250 men and women within the field of furniture production. With an inclusive staff policy, a flexible senior policy and a constant flow of around 10 apprentices, Skovby carry core values while also investing in the future. Skovby work hard and passionately each day to uphold the traditions of great Danish design. Skovby still produces furniture locally, in Denmark–strengthening and embracing the know-how and craftsmanship necessary for creating the ultimate the ultimate Danish design piece.
