In 1994, Michala Jessen founded RUE VERTE within an historical building dating back to the 1700s located in the vibrant heart of central Copenhagen. RUE VERTE operates as both a concept store, gallery and a design studio.

This debut international exhibition marks a bold new chapter for the studio, centred on the theme of "Global Dialogue and Co–creation." Botané is building a new category at the intersection of interior design, sustainability and modern aesthetics. Created to bring botanical design into everyday spaces, Botané offers a lasting alternative to perishability, designed to remain rather than disappear.
