Blå Station is a family business based in a former sewing factory in Åhus, on the south–east coast of Sweden, where the ocean is as restless as the brand itself. Their focus lies on the interiors that surround us—how they are built, how they function, and how people interact within public spaces. Questions about changing social behaviours and evolving demands continually inspire new ways of thinking. To meet contemporary needs and desires, Blå Station believes in maintaining an open and innovative mindset, guided by childlike curiosity and a firm rejection of shortcuts and apathy. Lise Vester Studio is a Copenhagen–based design practice working at the intersection of craft, design and atmosphere. Rooted in principles from healing architecture and neuroaesthetics, the studio explores how materials, light and form can support wellbeing and shift perception. The work spans sculptural lighting, optical objects and spatial installations developed through hands–on experimentation in close collaboration with makers. Each piece is conceived as a sensory tool—inviting pause, reflection and a deeper connection to place and self.
