In Terrassa, 30 km from Barcelona, Teixidors creates unique pieces of cashmere, wool and linen using 19th–century wooden looms. Founded in 1983, the company fuses exceptional craftsmanship with a strong social enterprise mission. Each blanket, throw, or shawl begins with a mindful selection of noble, natural fibres and takes shape through slow gestures, care, and a deep commitment to the craft. Their textiles are now sold in over 30 countries and have been part of collaborations with renowned creators such as John Pawson and Faye Toogood. The concept behind Woodnotes est. 1987 products is to combine artistic creativity inspired by Finland’s rugged nature with technology, to shape beautiful local raw materials. Softness of wool, purity of paper, glow of linen—the company collection represents timeless products of rare aesthetic quality. The unique paper yarn innovation—durable, allergy–friendly designer rugs and blinds made of paper yarn and cotton, are represented together with a selection of outdoor rugs, tufted wool–linen carpets, and atelier–woven cotton–paper yarn and wool–paper yarn rugs, among others.

A Danish design brand, and concept store founded in 1953 in the heart of Copenhagen by Hagbarth Skjalm Petersen and his spouse Lisbeth Westergaard. A centre for home interior and lifestyle items designed to inspire to an aesthetic and more sustainable lifestyle. The original design philosophy of H. Skjalm P. is still: focusing on sustainable production and natural materials, notably the organic GOTS certified textiles. The H. Copenhagen based Icelandic designer Dögg Guðmundsdóttir creates nature inspired products with emotional appeal and a distinctive touch of Nordic originality. Many of her designs are based on foundational structures or pieces of art, while others form part of a collection. For this exhibition, nature is not merely an inspiration but an integral part of the essence of the works and of the installation, created in collaboration with Dýpi—an ocean paint made from calcareous algae harvested in Iceland. Dýpi was nominated for the Icelandic Design Awards 2025 for its product that is exceptionally breathable, environmentally friendly, plastic–free, and an innovative use of abundant natural materials.
