NORR11 is a Danish design company founded in 2011 with a vision to continuously create design that sparks curiosity. Driven by the desire to challenge boundaries between disparate time periods, design directions, cultures and materials, NORR11 craft products that exude attitude and relevance, bridging the gap between classic and modern design. They embrace a 360–degree design perspective, ensuring that each piece of furniture exudes visual appeal from every angle. The result is a sculptural, bold and sophisticated expression. Koukos de Lab is a material–driven design studio based in Lesvos, Greece, exploring sustainable design through research, experimentation, and local production. The studio develops innovative materials and objects by transforming agricultural by–products into meaningful design resources. At the core of its practice is Koukoutsi, an eco–material made from the final waste of olive oil production, primarily olive cores and pips. Designed as a sustainable alternative to conventional materials, Koukoutsi combines durability, water resistance, and a distinctive tactile quality. Suitable for objects, furniture, and surface applications, it reflects Koukos de Lab’s commitment to circular design and responsible material transformation today, locally.
