New Light Pottery is a lighting manufacturer based in Nara, the ancient former capital of Japan. Founded in 2015 by designers Hiroyuki Nagatomi and Chizu Nara, the brand's mission is to preserve and celebrate Japanese craftsmanship and traditions. The understated designs highlight the textures and natural beauty of brass, glass, ceramics, and Japanese washi paper—the core materials used in New Light Pottery’s lamps. Each piece is meticulously handcrafted by skilled artisans in Japan. Keeping production local not only honours tradition but also allows for minor adjustments, bespoke orders, and unique finishes with ease.

New Light Pottery's lamps fuse timeless design and high-quality craftsmanship that will last for generations. The exhibition features a selection of lamps made of brass, glass, ceramics, wood and washi paper, and offers a rare opportunity to get a close look at the exceptional work of Japan's artisans.

Buneē reimagines the relationship between architecture, materiality, and everyday objects. Rooted in space, nature, and form, it crafts functional designs in marble, ceramics, wood, and textiles, emphasising natural textures and finishes. Simple, clean forms and geometric structures highlight both material and function. Imperfection is embraced in hand–crafted pieces, made by small–batch artisans using traditional techniques with a low environmental impact. More than just objects, Buneē represents a way of living—prioritising mindful consumption, where each piece serves more than one function. Sustainability is approached with longevity in mind, valuing craftsmanship over trends and creating objects that solve more with less.
