ESCENTIAL CPH
ESCENTIAL CPH is a Copenhagen–based perfume composition house led by perfumer Emmanuel Martini. They design bespoke fragrances, scented products and immersive olfactory experiences for clients spanning the full spectrum of the industry from rising niche perfumery (Tekinoktay Perfumes, Difüse) and independent fashion and interior designers (La Bagatelle by Malene Malling, Helene Blanche) to leading design houses (Georg Jensen, Flamant, Nordiska Galleriet), major fashion and retail groups (Samsøe Samsøe, H&M) and luxury hospitality (Nimb Hotel, Hotel Sanders by Kølpin). Each composition is developed with high–quality materials and scaled from small to industrial production, translating a brand's universe into a distinctive olfactory signature
During 3daysofdesign, ESCENTIAL CPH presents an olfactory programme "SILLAGE" across Copenhagen, opening on 10 June with the "Summer Nights" exhibition at Gothersgade 109 in Rosengård district a bespoke composition designed to capture the suspended light of Nordic summer evenings. On 12 June, the programme continues at Foyos, Postbyen 2, 4th floor in the penthouse, with two intimate perfume workshops at 11:00 and 15:00, where visitors are guided through the odorama of different designer / craftsman's workshops. A third location, to be revealed, completes the route. Together, the installations and workshops invite a sensory reading of design, exploring how composed fragrance shapes atmosphere, memory and the identity of a place.
