EMFIMA Collection is a Nordic agency established in September 2016 and today represent the well-known Italian manufacturers Luceplan Srl., Pedrali S.p.A., Contardi Lighting Srl, BROKIS and Fantoni S.p.A. All manufacturers are available on the Nordic markets, and are represented in Denmark through the EMFIMA Collection. In addition, EMFIMA Collection has entered into a distributor agreement with the Swedish company BOOM Interiør, on the Danish market. The EMFIMA Collection exclusively offers products with a high design profile and complete unique functions. EMFIMA is interested in good quality, the best design and distributing the carefully selected brands through a professional and quality-consciously selected network throughout DK.

EMFIMA Collection during 3daysofdesign presents a curated programme for visitors in the unique and historic setting at Holmen. The exhibition showcases the latest in lighting and space planning from leading Italian manufacturers, highlighting new trends in colours and material choices. Visitors can explore a wide selection of designs and gain inspiration for future interior projects, discovering contemporary approaches to atmosphere, functionality, and refined Italian design.

Matre is a Norwegian furniture and design brand committed to reviving Norway’s rich design heritage through timeless, high–quality pieces made to be cherished for generations. Founded in 2023 by Elizabeth Matre–Aas and Ole Kristian Bergsjø Aas, the brand collaborates with esteemed designers and the historic Vatne factory to produce both rediscovered and contemporary design classics entirely in Norway. All materials are traceable to their origin, and Matre holds the “Made in Norway” quality label. Signature striped textiles, developed with Innvik and designer Saga Nilsson, give the collection a distinctive identity.

Finnish Durat is a unique solid surface material which contains recycled post–industrial plastics and is 100% recyclable. The distinctive character of Durat is a combination of the illusion of a three–dimensional surface and its luxurious warm and silky feel. It is available in nearly 300 vibrant colours, all of which are available in 11 different textures. Durat also offers a unique service providing custom colours and textures. Durat is an excellent choice for kitchens, bathrooms, restaurants, retail spaces, hospitals, ships and several other bespoke furniture when distinctive appearance, durability and easy maintenance are required. CLDW (CL Design Works) is an emerging design studio based in Denmark, creating furniture and objects in an intersection of Danish minimalism and Latin American sensibility. Rooted in solid wood and handcrafted making, the studio explores cultural dialogue through quiet forms, honest structure and material warmth. Launching during 3daysofdesign 2026: a lounge chair and side table reflect a balance between sculptural presence and everyday intimacy. CLDW’s work speaks to collectors, contemporary interiors and design professionals seeking timeless pieces shaped by craft, heritage and restraint.

It all started more than 125 years ago, with two families—the Miele and Zinkann families. The engineer Carl Miele and the businessman Reinhard Zinkann founded a company for the manufacture of cream separators in Herzebrock. Their guiding principle becomes the business philosophy: Immer besser. Miele appliances, whether they are used for laundry care, vacuuming or in the kitchen, are subjected to the strictest stress and endurance tests before they are launched on the market. Miele design represents innovation, value and timeless elegance. It shapes the relationship between the person and the product, meets expectations, facilitates handling and creates trust.
