EMFIMA Collection is a Nordic agency established in September 2016 and today represent the well-known Italian manufacturers Luceplan Srl., Pedrali S.p.A., Contardi Lighting Srl, BROKIS and Fantoni S.p.A. All manufacturers are available on the Nordic markets, and are represented in Denmark through the EMFIMA Collection. In addition, EMFIMA Collection has entered into a distributor agreement with the Swedish company BOOM Interiør, on the Danish market. The EMFIMA Collection exclusively offers products with a high design profile and complete unique functions. EMFIMA is interested in good quality, the best design and distributing the carefully selected brands through a professional and quality-consciously selected network throughout DK.

EMFIMA Collection during 3daysofdesign presents a curated programme for visitors in the unique and historic setting at Holmen. The exhibition showcases the latest in lighting and space planning from leading Italian manufacturers, highlighting new trends in colours and material choices. Visitors can explore a wide selection of designs and gain inspiration for future interior projects, discovering contemporary approaches to atmosphere, functionality, and refined Italian design.

It all started more than 125 years ago, with two families—the Miele and Zinkann families. The engineer Carl Miele and the businessman Reinhard Zinkann founded a company for the manufacture of cream separators in Herzebrock. Their guiding principle becomes the business philosophy: Immer besser. Miele appliances, whether they are used for laundry care, vacuuming or in the kitchen, are subjected to the strictest stress and endurance tests before they are launched on the market. Miele design represents innovation, value and timeless elegance. It shapes the relationship between the person and the product, meets expectations, facilitates handling and creates trust.

Garde Hvalsøe has, since 1990, created kitchens and interiors shaped by hand, material, and architectural intent. Each project begins with natural materials and the people who will live with it. Made to order, every detail is considered in relation to its purpose and surroundings. Rooted in Danish craftsmanship, the work reflects a belief in making things properly, allowing time, technique, and material to define the result. Interiors made to be used, to age, and to remain.

Fogia’s mission as a furniture maker is to turn exceptional ideas into well–crafted pieces. At its centre is the factory, where wood, textiles and skilled hands come together, giving designers and craftspeople the time to explore how sketches become lasting objects. The aim is to create furniture that people grow attached to over time. This comes from balancing function with friction—the detail, tension or gesture that gives character. One without the other is incomplete. Working closely with designers who question conventions with finesse, Fogia shapes furniture that feels considered. For more than 55 years, FRANDSEN has worked with light and lighting, and this is still a cornerstone in the heritage. Under the headline ‘In celebration of light’ FRANDSEN's goal is simple: unfold the many functions of good lighting—be it visual, social or sensual, to enrich people’s everyday lives. Through ambitious collaborations with international designers, FRANDSEN aims to further explore the interplay between light, material, and form. A lamp might still be a lamp, but FRANDSEN will perpetually push the boundaries of what’s possible, creating lighting solutions both functional and yet aesthetically pleasing.

Sibast Furniture is a Danish family company with a proud heritage of fine furniture craftsmanship dating back to 1908. Since 2013, the fourth generation has continued the legacy, combining respectful reissues of iconic 1950s designs by Helge Sibast, Arne Vodder, and Piet Hein with new timeless pieces created with contemporary designers like Eistrup, Utzon, Frost, Solberg, Henrik Hvid Hansen, Anna & Ditlev Sibast. Recently, Sibast Furniture expanded with the acquisition of Bent Hansen, adding sculptural comfort and upholstery expertise, including signature designs like the Primum chair. The collection unites heritage, craftsmanship, and modern design for homes, hotels, and global projects, built to be passed on to future generations.
