Belgium is Design is an initiative created to promote Belgian design on the international stage. Active since 2011, it brings together designers, studios and companies under a shared identity and a recognized label of quality. Through curated collective projects at major international design events, Belgium is Design highlights the creativity, innovation and know-how that define Belgian design. Marrimor objects are made to be as delightful as they are purposeful, a touch provocative too. Each piece comes into being by way of a relentlessly collaborative process, one that balances refinement with irreverence. Tanja Breadner and Lauren Bugliarisi both shoot for the moon, creatively speaking, albeit from reverse angles, drawing on different histories. Tanja brings Swiss sensibilities to the platonic design partnership, and Lauren an East Coast drive. They create through playful debate, continually pushing their respective boundaries to reach that Goldilocks–like zenith between too little and too much. They know they’ve landed as soon as they agree.

EETAL is a project launched in 2021 by Japan Benex Corporation, a company specialising in precision sheet metal processing technology. Through collaborations with designers, it reconsiders the creative potential of sheet metal from multiple perspectives. Embracing an experimental approach, the project challenges conventional notions of industrial production and explores new dialogues between sheet metal and design. The name "EETAL" originates from "SHEET METAL." It combines "EET" from "SHEET" and "TAL" from "METAL," forming a coined term that symbolises the new form of sheet metal they strive to create.

Kateha is a Swedish family–owned company designing and creating rugs. At Kateha, a rug is the beginning of a room. A quiet foundation that holds space together, anchoring stories to the floor. With over 270 years of textile heritage, the family has worked with textiles. Seven generations of hands and hearts, weaving beauty into everyday life. That legacy lives on in every Kateha rug. Natural materials and timeless techniques, create rugs that last, in both design and durability. Whether flat–woven, piled or tufted, every piece is made to be lived with, walked on, and loved. Rooted in modernist ideals and made for spaces that value form, texture, and soul. This is not just flooring, this is craftsmanship that connects past to present.
