Vaarnii is a furniture and lighting company with a uniquely Finnish perspective. They are instigating a new era in Finnish furniture making with their brutal and sophisticated designs made entirely from Finnish Scots Pine (Pinus Sylvestris), the country's most populous tree. All Vaarnii products are manufactured in Finland and made to last for generations to come.

Anno Studio was founded in 2021 with the vision of relaunching older design classics in a sustainable and updated design. The idea came from a desire to relaunch the iconic furniture Series 600 by Friis & Moltke Architects, which was initially known for schools, conference rooms, and canteens. The close combination of beautiful design and sustainability is the foundation of Anno Studio. Every part of the production focuses on sustainability. They recycle and upcycle materials without compromising on quality. All materials have been carefully considered with a focus on the circular economy. Anno Studio only uses FSC-certified wood; they use residual wood when possible.

Experts in sourcing and curating handmade and high-end tiles from small local producers worldwide, MAROKK is passionate about creating unique tiles for true tile enthusiasts. The tile collections are designed to blend Japanese, Moroccan and Italian style with Scandinavian aesthetics. From slim, minimalist mosaics made in Japan, pure lava stone tiles from Sicily, handmade cement tiles from Marrakech, and zellij tiles from Fez— MAROKK curates and adapts local artisan tiles with a Scandinavian touch. The showroom in central Copenhagen displays a vast variety of the most intriguing tiles from around the world, sourced and curated for the Scandinavian market by MAROKK.

Anker Bak is a pioneering designer, merging the essence of Nordic cabinetmaking traditions with innovative, regenerative furniture and assistive aids. Recognized for his empowering and caring practice, Bak experiments with wood to address real-life challenges, notably improving the lives of the elderly and people with disabilities. He creates vital furniture pieces still awaiting full industry recognition. Collaborating with esteemed entities like Carl Hansen & Søn, Takumi Kohgei, and Fredahl Rydéns, Bak was honored with the Wegner Prize in 2023 for his holistic and crucial design approach. As a thought leader in an emerging field, he is dedicated to ushering in a new era with his concept of Dignity Design.

During 3daysofdesign, Copenhagen Cabinetmakers' Exhibition will be held in the craftsmens' house, Moltke's Mansion, an impressive Baroque building in city center, owned by the Association of Craftsmen in Copenhagen. The exhibition is displaying unique master pieces by master craftsmen, as well as works from final exams, apprentice pieces and works by more established cabinetmakers. Since 1554, Copenhagen Cabinetmakers' Guild has been a gathering place for both furniture makers and building carpenters. Common for all Guild's members is the interest in noble craftsmanship, and not least the necessity of supporting the professional educational training.

The adaptability of GRID provides the freedom to design a cohesive interior system perfect for workplaces, retail, hotels, restaurants, museums, galleries, libraries and educational spaces – as well as event interiors, stand design and even indoor and outdoor art installations. Build custom furniture or create artistic installations. The lightweight GRID modules, moulded in one piece, are the building blocks of the modular system, that every architect and interior designer should know. GRID is designed by Peter J. Lassen and made in Denmark.

Daydreaming Objects is represented by a Copenhagen-based creative duo: lighting designer Ruta Palionyte and architect Ieva Baranauskaite. Combining diverse skills, the duo creates light objects that go beyond mere function, telling stories and infusing everyday spaces with dreaminess. They approach a blend of unexpected materials, curiosity-driven research, and bold experimentation, pushing the boundaries of creativity in lighting design. In 2024, the creative studio Daydreaming Objects is launching their new lighting series, Soft Solids. The Soft Solids explore the intentional use and repurposing of natural material—wax, reflecting on its potential for regeneration within design practice.

POSSI is a modular furniture system which functions as a kitchen, shelving or storage. The core of POSSI is a flexible framework designed to enable the individual to form variable arrangements by easy assemblage. POSSI leaves behind the idea of the kitchen as a built-in, systematic and static feature mounted into architecture, to approach the idea of the kitchen as a flexible and versatile feature of your interior. Simple and solid joints allow for the system to be easily taken apart, moved and rebuilt into initial or new arrangements. POSSI’s modularity allows for the system to be rearranged and upgraded with new features and technology anytime. This organic structure makes a furniture system with long longevity.
