TADA Studio is an independent brand founded by Tara Dahlin, working from her remote workshop in Western Sweden. Her design process is guided by intuition, allowing materials and forms to shape each creation. By experimenting with contrasting shapes and unexpected details, she crafts sculptural pieces that blur the line between functional design and art. Her dedication to craftsmanship has fostered collaborations with like–minded designers and makers, including Erin Karlsson and Emi Shinmura. This creative synergy has evolved into TADA Studio & Friends for 3daysofdesign, where their work will be showcased together.

During 3daysofdesign, TADA Studio & Friends invites you into their independent yet collaborative world of craftsmanship. By joining forces, their small enterprises shine even brighter against the world of mass production. Take a pause to immerse yourself in their serene, natural, hand–crafted objects. ykoon is a design label by Steven Gosseye built on conscious choice, valued not only for its design, but for the story, craftsmanship and integrity behind each piece. Each object seeks simplicity in form while remaining engaging through detail and proportion. Grounded in a strong technical foundation, every design is carefully refined down to its construction and finishing. The story of each object begins with an idea and evolves through sketches and prototypes into a well–considered result. Working exclusively with solid hardwoods, ykoon employs traditional joinery techniques, reflecting a deep respect for craftsmanship. Sustainability, tradition and character come together in objects shaped with care and intention.

The concept behind Woodnotes, established in 1987, is to combine artistic creativity inspired by Finland’s rugged nature with technology to shape beautiful local raw materials. The softness of wool, the purity of paper and the glow of linen define a collection of timeless products with rare aesthetic quality. Woodnotes’ unique paper yarn innovation results in durable, allergy–friendly designer rugs and blinds made from paper yarn and cotton. These are presented alongside outdoor rugs, tufted wool–linen carpets, and atelier–woven rugs in cotton–paper and wool–paper yarns, among others.

Secto Design is a Finnish family–owned company known for its architectural, wooden design lamps. Each lamp is meticulously handmade at the company’s factory in Heinola, Finland, where locally sourced, certified birch wood meets sustainable production methods. The harmonious light of the luminaires and the warm tones of wood create an inviting atmosphere in both private and public spaces.
