Ethimo is an Italian company founded in 2009 that specialised in high–end outdoor furnishings that express contemporary design in a balanced synthesis of form and function. Study of materials and shapes of elements speak of the tailoring of a knowhow consolidated over time and of all–Italian style. A fusion of art, nature, tradition, contemporaneity and design that finds its identity and balance in every project bringing alive an idea of outdoor living made up of harmony with nature and respect for the environment. Frostline is designed and handcrafted in Denmark, offering a range of uncompromising, frost–free outdoor showers and taps. Today, the brand offers a wide variety of solutions for different types of environments and requirements—from thoughtfully designed sound–absorbent screens and surfaces to innovative furniture with integrated acoustic characteristics. And in close collaboration with some of the world’s most influential contemporary designers, Abstracta is constantly exploring new ways to create better soundscapes. The brand manufactures in Småland, Sweden, for customers all around the world. Abstracta is part of Lammhults Design Group.

Kaikale is an India-based furniture brand rooted in local craftsmanship and people-driven making. In collaboration with the Scandinavian architect Alexander Mihel, the work brings together traditional Indian carpentry and Scandinavian design principles. Kaikale x Alexander Mihel presents a furniture collection developed over 2,5 years through a hands-on collaborative process. The collection is made using carpentry-based methods, working with established hardwoods and also experimenting with non-forest timber such as coconut timber. In India, the coconut tree has traditionally been fully utilised, with every part used. The furniture continues this approach by giving coconut wood a long life as durable, long-lasting pieces.

Nymphenburg is one of the last and purest manufactories of its kind. Since its founding in 1747, the high art of porcelain production has been cultivated at the manufactory of the Bavarian royal family. Manufactum still means the same today: made entirely by hand, using techniques that have been passed down and preserved from generation to generation.
