The story of sog begins in the world of bespoke furniture in Japan, where its creators listened to countless stories—the single line drawn by an architect, the quiet wish of a user. To answer each one, the brand's artisans sculpted wood, tailored fabrics, and bent metal. The myriad forms born and then vanished in this process became what they call the “memories of design.” From this vast accumulation of memories and experience, “sog” was born: a brand that carves out the "So” (素)—the elemental form destined to become the standard of the future.

For its international debut, sog will unveil its collection at the prestigious Ark Journal venue during 3daysofdesign. This momentous occasion marks the brand’s first journey beyond the borders of Japan, bringing its unique philosophy to the global stage. Ark Journal's DESIGN / DIALOGUE 2026 is set to unfold within a new and storied location—one of Copenhagen’s most iconic architectural landmarks. Situated in the heart of the city, Den Frie is a historic wooden exhibition hall with a legacy spanning over 125 years. sog eagerly awaits the opportunity to unveil its collection to the world. It is a momentous occasion for the brand to introduce its unique philosophy and craftsmanship within such an extraordinary and historic setting.

Exakt MFG is a brand combining artisanry and state of the art industrial technology. The design principle is based on a pursuit of beauty and the tools are reduction, practicality and longevity. Every piece is designed and manufactured in-house in southern Sweden, drawing on decades of making high-end bespoke furniture and kitchens. No external factories, no gap between intention and execution. The same hands follow each object from first sketch to finished surface. Beautiful objects are resolved objects — every element present because it earns its place, nothing added to compensate for what isn't working underneath.

Edin and Lina Kjellvertz launched Dusty Deco as a platform for curating vintage furniture, interior accessories and art. After having traveled the world and browsing flea markets for the most unique pieces, their home and storages quickly filled up to the brim with rare designs. Ten years later, Edin and Lina began drafting a new chapter in the brand’s history when closing the doors to its vintage business, instead launching their own collection of furniture, rugs and details. Today, Dusty Deco is a contemporary design brand, creating pieces with just as much storytelling, originality and passion for craftsmanship as the vintage finds that originally inspired the couple to start their company.
