Nymphenburg is one of the last and purest manufactories of its kind. Since its founding in 1747, the high art of porcelain production has been cultivated at the manufactory of the Bavarian royal family. Manufactum still means the same today: made entirely by hand, using techniques that have been passed down and preserved from generation to generation.

To celebrate 90 years of the Aalto vase, Iittala presents the Aalto 90 Pavilion at Ofelia Plads. Shaped after Alvar Aalto’s celebrated design, the pavilion invites visitors to step inside the form itself and experience an immersive soundscape created especially for the occasion. Within the pavilion, Iittala unveils its exclusive Aalto City Vases, presented as part of the spatial experience. The pavilion is a place for encounters, reflection, and sensory immersion—bringing together past, present, and future through one of the most enduring symbols of design during 3daysofdesign.

A–POC, the acronym of “A Piece Of Cloth”, is the name of the integrated design and manufacturing system first introduced in Paris by Issey Miyake in 1998. A–POC revolutionised the process of clothes–making with its innovative concept of a streamlined, all–in–one operation, in which all the parts of the clothing are pre–woven into a single piece of cloth. Launched in 2021, A–POC ABLE ISSEY MIYAKE aims to realise the infinite potential of the A–POC system with society in mind—hence the name “ABLE”. The brand’s designer Yoshiyuki Miyamae and his team of engineers value the dialogue between creator and wearer, as they engage with different professions and industries to further explore new possibilities in design and making.
