Naver Collection is proudly crafted in Denmark through a collaboration between Aksel Kjersgaard (est. 1952) and Gramrode Møbelfabrik (est. 1924), established in 1995. The brand’s design language fuses innovative thinking with classic craftsmanship and a rich design heritage. Wood lies at the heart of each piece, thoughtfully combined with materials such as leather, laminate, stainless steel and Corian® to create furniture focused on aesthetics, comfort and functionality. Based in India, the studio is rooted in ancient wisdom, where sustainability and care are integral to everyday living. Working closely with local artisans and locally sourced wood, the furniture draws from South Asian traditions of sitting and spatial setting. Naturally seasoned, aged trees—crafted without nails or screws—form the core language of the work. A life–centred approach ensures no harmful disruptors enter the environment, protecting everyone from maker to end user. Continually pushing the boundaries of furniture typology, the studio explores Indian minimalism while revisiting traditional skills through a contemporary lens, creating pieces that hold space and life in equal measure.
