Made by Hand is a contemporary Danish design brand celebrating fine craftsmanship and understated luxury. Founded in 2014 with the vision to develop innovative and durable design objects made by local craftspeople in Denmark and abroad. Made by Hand is guided by the passion for natural materials and permanence, and offers designs with beautiful details and timeless personality for home interiors, offices and liveable spaces.

Join Made by Hand during 3daysofdesign at Papirøen, where seven brands come together in a raw, brutalist space to showcase design in its most honest form. No filters. No excess. UN—PLUGGED is a tribute to materiality, craftsmanship, and the essence of great design—pure, tactile, and true to form.

Hadeland Glassverk is a Norwegian artisan brand, founded in 1762. It’s the country's oldest, continuously operating, industrial enterprise, producing unique, mouth blown and handmade lamps of glass, art glass and stemware, creating exceptional pieces for design–led interiors. History meets contemporary world–class design in close collaboration between designers and glassblowers in the daily work. The result can be seen in countless public and private buildings around the world, in the form of beautiful and decorative lighting projects. With over 260 years of cultural heritage and production experience, they are constantly pushing the boundaries of technical creativity, resulting in illuminations that re–write the way blown glass is presented.

Farrow & Ball has been based in Dorset, England since 1946. To this day, the brand remains dedicated to creating richly pigmented paints and handcrafted wallpapers using only the highest-quality ingredients. New Light Pottery is a lighting manufacturer based in Nara, the ancient former capital of Japan. Founded in 2015 by designers Hiroyuki Nagatomi and Chizu Nara, the brand's mission is to preserve and celebrate Japanese craftsmanship and traditions. The understated designs highlight the textures and natural beauty of brass, glass, ceramics, and Japanese washi paper—the core materials used in New Light Pottery’s lamps. Each piece is meticulously handcrafted by skilled artisans in Japan. Keeping production local not only honours tradition but also allows for minor adjustments, bespoke orders, and unique finishes with ease.
