Paustian is a Danish furniture and design house, founded in 1964. Known for its international outlook, Paustian is the go–to destination for design lovers when looking for contemporary design or ever lasting icons that are exclusively curated from high end brands counting Cassina, USM Modular Furniture, Zanotta, Moroso, Desalto, Warm Nordic among many others. Their own design—Paustian Furniture Collection—is equally known for its selection of celebrated icons including the Clam Chair. Paustian is located in the heart of Copenhagen in a beautiful and historic palazzo that once housed one of Denmarks oldest banks. Today, it has turned into a must–see state of the art design universe.

Her designs, rooted in minimalism yet infused with an avant–garde sensibility, emphasise sculptural forms and the inherent character of natural materials. Through artisanal techniques, she creates objects and furniture that are both timeless and enduring. In 2018, she opened LOUISE ROE GALLERY in the heart of Copenhagen. Today, the flagship store attracts visitors from around the world, offering an immersive experience alongside its café, THE ROE BAR.
