HAUSMANN Furniture is a design studio dedicated to solid wood furniture and interior objects, operating between Barcelona and Copenhagen. Founded by designer and cabinetmaker Mike Hausmann, the studio explores the relationship between design, material, and construction. Rooted in traditional joinery, its work balances Mediterranean clarity with Northern European sensibility. Positioned between craftsmanship and contemporary making, the studio translates time-honored techniques into a quiet, wabi-sabi approach, creating furniture that integrates naturally into a space. The studio incorporates independent designer practices as well as custom projects with collaborative partners.

HAUSMANN Furniture presents a curated new collection at 3daysofdesign, bringing together pieces designed for longevity—objects intended to age, adapt, and remain in use for generations. The exhibition unfolds as a calm and tactile setting shaped by the meeting of Spanish and Danish design. Rooted in handcrafted production and traditional joinery, the studio highlights the quiet strength of solid wood and the beauty of considered construction. The exhibition invites visitors to engage closely with material, detail, and process in a warm, human–scaled setting, celebrating furniture designed to endure and evolve over time.

The collaboration is rooted in a workshop theme, based on a shared respect for traditional craftsmanship and the preservation of specialised skills. As the custodian of Finn Juhl’s legacy, House of Finn Juhl works to maintain and communicate the principles that defined his approach: a close relationship between design, making, and material understanding. Balancing artistic vision with functional form, the presentation reflects Finn Juhl’s continued relevance across generations.

JAPAN FORM is a Stockholm–based curatorial platform founded in 2024 by interior and furniture designer Hironori Tsukue and Reiko Tsukue. The platform introduces contemporary Japanese craftsmanship to the European market, focusing on material precision and functional clarity. JAPAN FORM is the exclusive European representative of porcelain lighting artist Hirotaka Tobimatsu. Born in Saga, Japan, he creates sculptural porcelain lighting that reinterprets early 20th–century opal glass forms. Each piece is hand–cast and carefully finished, offering soft light and architectural presence.
