During 3daysofdesign, you are invited to experience, through a culinary journey, the delight in the usage of the products, the joy of the aesthetics, and seamless integration. Gaggenau's latest innovation, the Essential Induction cooktop will form the backdrop to their exhibition, showcasing the art of reduction. The cooktop is a result of Gaggenau's dedication to timeless design, craftsmanship and innovation and offers the ultimate freedom in kitchen planning, which is a revolutionary concept for designers and planners. It's about eliminating the boundaries between preparation and living and follows the concept that less is more. Join the exhibit in the gardens of Odd Fellow Palace. Garde Hvalsøe has, since 1990, created kitchens and interiors shaped by hand, material, and architectural intent. Each project begins with natural materials and the people who will live with it. Made to order, every detail is considered in relation to its purpose and surroundings. Rooted in Danish craftsmanship, the work reflects a belief in making things properly, allowing time, technique, and material to define the result. Interiors made to be used, to age, and to remain.

Tadaima is a Copenhagen–based design studio and concept store founded in 2021 by Hanne Berzant and her daughters, Josefine and Emma. With a shared background in the creative industry, the studio works across curation, design, and spatial thinking, approaching each project as an act of editing. Emerging from a curated universe, Tadaima moves between bespoke pieces, collaborations, and interiors while developing its own design collection. Tadaima—Japanese for “I’m home”—reflects a belief in spaces shaped through material, form, and presence.

soca—scent of the calm—is a brand rooted in Japan, a land shaped by the ever–changing expressions of its four seasons. Inspired by fragrances from native plants and the gifts of nature unique to each place, soca captures scent as something gently received from the natural world. Rather than asserting itself strongly, each fragrance quietly exists—calmly present and softly enveloping a space. The brand is also deeply connected to Japanese craftsmanship, collaborating with small workshops and skilled artisans instead of mass production to preserve the beauty of handwork while creating thoughtful new pieces.

Inspired by its origins in wood craftsmanship and the beech forests surrounding its hometown, the brand continues to explore materials, textures and finishes that bring warmth and authenticity to contemporary interiors. Designed in Europe in collaboration with international designers, Viefe collections balance functionality, style and ease of installation, offering multiple sizes, finishes and materials that help define the identity of every space.
