Teixidors: when weaving is also caring. In Terrassa, 30 km from Barcelona, Teixidors weaves unique pieces of cashmere and merino wool on 19th century wooden looms. Founded in 1983, it combines excellent craftsmanship with a deep social work, in collaboration with LaFact (Factoria Social de Terrassa). Each blanket, scarf or shawl is born from the slow gesture, the care, the commitment to the craft. Their products are now sold in more than 30 countries and they have collaborated with creators such as John Pawson and Faye Toogood. Rooted in Norwegian nature and tradition, they create upholstery textiles that blend aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability. The production takes place locally, with every process—from spinning to weaving and finishing—under one roof. Their vision is to refine the natural qualities of wool to inspire modern interior design worldwide.
