BOMMA is a progressive Czech glass company, manufacturing handcrafted sculptural lighting. Their products transform interiors, creating a distinct mood in each space—from eye–catching centrepieces and installations to soft ambient light. BOMMA’s glassworks foster traditional craft in a technologically–advanced facility, enabling the production of exceptionally demanding pieces. Discover the beauty of handcrafted crystal lighting. BOMMA showcases iconic lighting pieces that balance on the edge of what is technically and humanly possible. The installation highlights the original craft of glassmaking and shows the lights as an centrepieces of space, significant glass sculptures, fragile yet monumental. The exhibition is part of Design / Dialogue by Ark Journal. A new exhibition concept leading the way for the future of design, craftsmanship, and creative collaborations. For the first time during 3daysofdesign, Ark Journal brings together more than 20 international design brands and artists from all corners of the world. Founded in 1990, it was the first German furniture manufacturer to focus on combining ecology and design. Sustainability is not a trend but a fundamental corporate philosophy. Solid hardwoods from renewable sources are processed into furniture of lasting value by combining knowledge of materials with contemporary design. No chemical treatment of the wood is used. Due to solid wood's high reparability and their products' modular construction, the repair is easy and possible at any time. In cooperation with selected designers, ZEITRAUM develops high–quality furniture for living areas and contract sectors.

Finnish Durat is a unique solid surface material made with recycled post-industrial plastics and is 100 per cent recyclable. The distinctive character of Durat combines the illusion of a three-dimensional surface with a luxurious warm, silky feel. It is available in nearly 300 vibrant colours, each offered in nine different textures, and also provides a custom service with tailored colours and textures. Durat is suitable for kitchens, bathrooms, restaurants, retail spaces, hospitals, ships, and bespoke furniture where distinctive appearance, durability, and easy maintenance are required. The versatile material offers designers almost infinite possibilities.

Jan Kath Design has revolutionised the world of rugs. For nearly 30 years, the brand has been shaping the international design scene with its work. While the creative language spans a broad spectrum, production remains deliberately rooted in tradition. Each carpet is crafted using centuries–old hand–knotting techniques in selected workshops in Nepal and India, certified for sustainability by the Swiss label STEP. Knot by knot, skilled artisans translate the designs into textile art. Only premium natural materials are used, including hand–combed Tibetan highland wool, fine Chinese silk, and Nepalese nettle. This balanced material composition gives the rugs a distinctive tactile quality and a deep, layered presence beyond the surface.
