A Danish design brand, and concept store founded in 1953 in the heart of Copenhagen by Hagbarth Skjalm Petersen and his spouse Lisbeth Westergaard. A centre for home interior and lifestyle items designed to inspire to an aesthetic and more sustainable lifestyle. The original design philosophy of H. Skjalm P. is still: focusing on sustainable production and natural materials, notably the organic GOTS certified textiles. The H. Skjalm P. collection includes a wide range of design in brass, in stainless steel, ceramics and glass, as well as textiles in 100% GOTS certified organic cotton. For the first time, inter.agcy and 3daysofdesign present GROUPED—a new curated showroom concept and exhibition in the latest Design District, Islands Brygge. Working with varying intentions and practices, this selected group of designers are united through their keen attention to detail, rigorous design processes, and a shared interest in materiality. GROUPED takes place in a vibrant courtyard with a rich, industrial history.
