On the occasion of 3daysofdesign, Johan Borups Højskole opens the doors to its historic mansion in Copenhagen’s Cultural District, inviting visitors to explore the graduation showcase by emerging Nordic voices. This semester’s final exhibitions feature a project from Design & Ceramics—an artistic education where tradition meets contemporary culture in an open, exploratory atmosphere. Set within the school’s historic courtyard and interiors, the showcase highlight the culmination of a semester shaped by dialogue, curiosity, and craftsmanship. Founded in 1891, Johan Borups' is a Danish ‘højskole’—a creative community based on growth, collab and reflection.

CLDW (CL Design Works) is an emerging design studio based in Denmark, creating furniture and objects in an intersection of Danish minimalism and Latin American sensibility. Origin Made is a Porto-based craft-focused design brand founded in 2019 by Gabriel Tan and Cherie Er, built on the belief that meaningful objects emerge from direct dialogue between designers and makers. Pairing international designers with craftspeople from Iberia and beyond, the brand develops contemporary furniture, lighting, textiles, and collectible objects that celebrate regional craft traditions. Each piece is shaped as much by the hands that make it as by the concept behind it, a process that values collaborative contemplation, material honesty, and the irreplaceable knowledge held by skilled craftspeople.
