RUSSO BETAK, founded by Stefannia Russo (BR) and Søren Betak (DK), 3D prints biomaterials sourced from waste into lighting objects. Their experimental approach to design emphasises a dialogue between digital precision and material intuition, bridging technology with craftsmanship. Using seashells collected from restaurants, they 3D print flat sheets and hand-sculpt them while warm to create designs that are reminiscent of classic design with a forward-looking twist.
