Kaikale x Alexander Mihel
During 3daysofdesign, Kaikale x Alexander Mihel presents a new series of seating shown for the first time, as part of Framing. The collection is developed through carpentry-based methods, combining established hardwoods with coconut timber, a material rarely used in contemporary furniture. In India, the coconut tree has traditionally been used in full. This work builds on that logic, introducing coconut wood as a durable material with long-term value. It also engages with knowledge sharing, supporting a natural education in non-forest timber.
