Arper is a global design brand that envisions products for the way we live. Founded in Italy in 1989 by the Feltrin family, it offers, through empathetic and enduring designs, a perspective on contemporary living that increasingly requires fluidity and versatility. Based in India, the studio is rooted in ancient wisdom, where sustainability and care are integral to everyday living. Working closely with local artisans and locally sourced wood, the furniture draws from South Asian traditions of sitting and spatial setting. Naturally seasoned, aged trees—crafted without nails or screws—form the core language of the work. A life–centred approach ensures no harmful disruptors enter the environment, protecting everyone from maker to end user. Continually pushing the boundaries of furniture typology, the studio explores Indian minimalism while revisiting traditional skills through a contemporary lens, creating pieces that hold space and life in equal measure.

Rooted in Norwegian nature and tradition, GU develops upholstery textiles that combine aesthetics, durability, and sustainability. All production takes place locally, with every stage—from spinning to weaving and finishing—carried out under one roof.
