Koukos de Lab is a material–driven design studio based in Lesvos, Greece, exploring sustainable design through research, experimentation, and local production. The studio develops innovative materials and objects by transforming agricultural by–products into meaningful design resources. At the core of its practice is Koukoutsi, an eco–material made from the final waste of olive oil production, primarily olive cores and pips. Designed as a sustainable alternative to conventional materials, Koukoutsi combines durability, water resistance, and a distinctive tactile quality. Suitable for objects, furniture, and surface applications, it reflects Koukos de Lab’s commitment to circular design and responsible material transformation today, locally.

Since its foundation in 1911, the family–owned company Fredericia has proudly built a strong tradition of beautiful craftsmanship and innovative design, developed in close collaboration with a circle of internationally recognised names. FRAMING is a joint exhibition during 3daysofdesign, presenting exclusive design brands and their latest novelties in an inspiring and relevant setting. The Odd Fellow Palace once again forms the backdrop for FRAMING, with all three floors of the impressive Rococo building from the mid–18th century, including its two wings, offering both indoor and outdoor exhibition spaces for national and international brands alike. In addition, a solo exhibition will take place at Harsdorff House on Kongens Nytorv, just a short walk from the main exhibition on Bredgade. This year marks the sixth edition of FRAMING, featuring more than 40 exhibiting brands.
