Summer Nights is a curated spatial installation presented during 3daysofdesign. Located opposite Kongens Have and Rosenborg Castle, the exhibition examines the atmosphere of a summer night in Copenhagen through material presence and spatial composition.
A double bed forms the central element of the installation, set on thick hand–knotted wool rugs and layered with alpaca duvets. Light, loosely hanging curtains define the space as both backdrop and soft enclosure. Hand–thrown ceramics and centrepiece vases act as structural accents. The exhibition is conceived as an interior in suspension—between rest and display, domesticity and abstraction. Materials, scale, and proximity create a calm environment where objects are experienced through texture, weight, and spatial rhythm. A subtle scent of warm asphalt and lilacs supports the atmosphere. Summer Nights proposes a quiet pause shaped by craft, material clarity, and seasonal stillness
