Rabens Apartment is known for handcrafted designer furniture made with a sustainable mindset, where timeless aesthetics, exclusive materials and distinct stand-out details are key. To stand the test of time and stay cherished for decades, each piece of furniture is designed to add atmosphere to a home and represent the personality of the people living there. Rabens Apartment is the newest addition to the brand universe, where fashion, interior design and everything in-between are seamlessly assembled. With a desire to pass on the special feeling of a hand-crafted piece of furniture and the luxury of organic textiles for the home, the interior part of Rabens Saloner was expanded and re-launched in 2023.
During 3daysofdesign, an eclectic section of Rabens finest handmade furniture and handcrafted pots will be displayed. A new handmade furniture series designed by Birgitte Raben and her life partner, Film Scenographer Peter Henry Grant, will be revealed. Discover the duos multi-functional side tables and tables handcrafted from different Indonesian lava stones on aluminium frames. The surfaces carry different characteristics due to handmade treatments – this way each piece is one-of-a-kind. A daybed and a classic chai, yet with a twist, are built on frames of reclaimed teakwood and stand out with patterned fabrics developed and hand-printed in the Bali colour atelier. All furniture is carpenter made making them one-of-a-kind.
