Founded by Bruno Fattorini in 1992, MDF Italia has always been at the forefront of creativity, innovation, and design. During those years, minimalism evolved from a niche movement into a source of inspiration for a new creative approach. MDF Italia embraced and reinterpreted minimalism through research that expressed an innovative perspective. Since 2007, under the Cassina family's ownership, MDF Italia has continued to innovate, enriching its legacy and establishing itself as a key player in contemporary design. Guided by the values of simplicity, lightness, and challenge, its creations transcend trends, seamlessly fitting diverse spaces. Groundbreaking products like Minima, Random, and the Tense table have become true icons of design.

Andreas Samuelsson works as an artist, creating poetic and graphic designs. Through his brand Kroki, he explores this world across a variety of products. Kroki is defined by a love of bold graphic shapes and patterns, with a distinctive design language that blends strong emotions and soft poetry. Kroki is co–owned by Andreas Samuelsson and Helena Svärd. While Andreas is responsible for the brand's poetic and graphic design language, Helena brings her extensive experience in brand management and design agency leadership—together, they bring creative ideas to life, driving forward the brand’s distinct identity.

Nychair X is a folding lounge chair designed in 1970 by Takeshi Nii, continuously made in Japan. The simple yet elegant design, combined with comfort, versatility, and repairability, made Nychair X a chair loved by generations. Thanks to its light weight and foldability, it can be easily moved between rooms and does not take much space when folded, making it a great companion for contemporary multifunctional living spaces. By collaborating with fabric designers or brands like Carhartt WIP, Nychair X reaches out to new audiences while cherishing its original principles. Maintenance can be performed at home, and different parts can be replaced, so the chair can be enjoyed for many years. Awarded with Long Life Design and Good Design awards.
