Embark on a captivating journey through ‘Dreamscape’ - a collaborative exhibition created by UNIFIED featuring 10 brands at Bredgade, in the centre of Copenhagen. Inviting reflection and focusing on mindfulness and presence, they hope to encourage you to dream while sharing their hopes, visions, and innovative solutions aimed at creating a better future. You will experience encouraging moments of reflection, evoking your senses throughout your visit. UNIFIED is a collaboration between Squarely, Wecycled Furniture, and DDI Work Studio, including Plauborg Furniture, NUAD, Wabi Sabi Nordic, Wehlers, ReCollector, Hemverk, and Kodansha.

Founded in 1920 by Commander Adelino Dias Costa, Adico began its journey manufacturing iron beds. By the 1930s, the company had expanded into hospital furniture and introduced a signature line of outdoor tables and chairs—most notably, the iconic Portuguese Chair. Brighton based Spark & Bell is a B Corp lighting design studio that is pioneering a new era of sustainable lighting, combining community focused craftsmanship with quality and responsible materials in its contemporary design pieces. Championing circular design principles in daily practice, Spark & Bell supports domestic suppliers and collaborates with local artisans working in wood, ceramics, cork and jesmonite. It has also taken to developing materials from sources headed for landfill, in their Brighton workshop. This appreciation for local heritage craft and dedication to sustainability is resonating with a growing customer base that values both environmental responsibility and unique aesthetics.

Graduate designer Anke Neumann makes handmade paper glow in an unusual way. In her workshop, she makes large–format papers, incorporating light–conducting fibres. Similar to veins, these run through the paper surface and also form a kind of framework that contributes to the stability of the form. LED light is guided through the fibres and emitted laterally outwards in the paper layer. Together with the material aesthetics and design language, the light papers combine sculpture, luminaire and unique piece. They are not just objects that attract a lot of attention due to their shape. They are capable of enchanting a room, bathing it in poetic light.

What started back in 2012 as a one–man show has now, in little more than a decade, become an established European design brand: Freifrau Manufaktur. Operating from Lemgo, a small town in Westphalia, Germany, this exclusive manufacturer of seating furniture is characterised by the highest possible levels of comfort, lovingly–rendered details, and exacting quality and sustainability standards. Working with big–name designers and those at the start of their careers alike, since it was founded, Freifrau has built up a portfolio of timeless chairs, armchairs, and settees, wide–ranging and yet all with a unifying emphasis on individual comfort, total versatility, and undeniable individuality.
