The Sound of Material will explore ideas centred on craftsmanship, techniques and processes. The group exhibition will be focusing on both traditional handwork and innovative practices, the works presented invite and encourage us to engage with them. With this, the exhibition asks us to think about the transformative qualities of the materials present, the intricacy or simplicity of the techniques on display, and to appreciate of the power of the objects present in our lives. Bringing together a dynamic group of designers and makers who work with ceramics, textiles, lighting, furniture, glasswork, paper and more, the exhibition will be curated by Natalia Sánchez.

PH Furniture & Pianos, based in Copenhagen, crafts furniture and pianos designed by the iconic Danish designer Poul Henningsen (PH). Collaborating with contemporary Scandinavian designers, PH Furniture introduces new designs, while PH Pianos features Glass Ball Speakers that blend superb high-fidelity sound with striking design. The PH Furniture collection offers a sensory experience, from comfortable chairs to innovative tables and elegant storage solutions—seamlessly balancing aesthetics and functionality. PH Pianos are sculptural masterpieces, uniquely designed to engage all the senses and stand as the most distinctive pianos on the market.

Molteni is the leading independent industrial group in the high-end furniture sector with an Italian-made production. As well as collaborations with the most prestigious international architectural firms and designers, the Group constantly invests in research and technological innovation, giving its products an intrinsic quality that lasts the test of time. It includes three brands, Molteni&C (indoor and outdoor furniture, kitchens and bespoke furnishings), UniFor (workspace solutions) and Citterio (partition walls and office furniture). Founded in 1934 as an artisan workshop by Angelo and Giuseppina Molteni, in the 50s the company mutates its DNA and inaugurates the successful era of industrial design.

Maison Rhizomes, founded in 2022, transforms contemporary painting into the medium of hand-knotted rugs, creating collectible works of art in limited editions of twenty-two. Drawing inspiration from each artist’s technique, palette, and creative vision, the studio reinterprets their visual language in textile form. Crafted in India and Nepal by skilled artisans using ethically sourced wool, silk, and linen, each rug preserves the emotional depth of the original work. The current collection features Belgian artist and co-founder Charlotte Culot and is expanding to include designs by French artist Ludovic Philippon.
