Abstracta creates better soundscapes since 1972—making them acoustics pioneers. Today, the brand offers a wide variety of solutions for different types of environments and requirements—from thoughtfully designed sound–absorbent screens and surfaces to innovative furniture with integrated acoustic characteristics. And in close collaboration with some of the world’s most influential contemporary designers, Abstracta is constantly exploring new ways to create better soundscapes. The brand manufactures in Småland, Sweden, for customers all around the world. Abstracta is part of Lammhults Design Group.

His legacy extends beyond design, with his famous Grooks—witty, philosophical poems—illustrating his visionary thinking. Today, Piet Hein A/S, a family–owned company, continues his tradition of innovation, ensuring his creations remain relevant for generations.

Inspired by a literary journey to Malaysia and the enduring presence of the Hévéa tree (rubber tree), the brand transforms a shared history into contemporary design. Its biophilic furniture combines sculptural clarity with functional purpose, connecting memory, material and modern living. Each collection reflects a quiet awareness of time, change and nature’s resilience. Hévéa House believes design should make each moment matter—balancing poetry, structure and sustainability in timeless interiors.
