Shaped by a growing exploration of space, craft, and hospitality, La Cabra continues to explore how coffee is experienced. Coffee remains the foundation, while the work around it has expanded into bakery, architecture, and spatial design. Each space is developed in close collaboration with architects, artists, and local teams, allowing materials, atmosphere, and context to shape the outcome. From its origins in Aarhus to an expanding presence in cities such as Copenhagen, New York, Madrid, Seoul, and Mexico City, La Cabra continues to evolve through new cultural settings.
La Cabra presents an immersive exhibition during 3daysofdesign in Copenhagen, unfolding over three days in Nordhavn. The exhibition acts as a sensorial prelude to the upcoming Nuuks Plads bakery opening, and offers a glimpse into La Cabra’s design approach, shaped in collaboration with architects and artists who help define the space. Space, materials, and atmosphere come together in a setting that evolves across the days. Moving from calm daytime exploration to a more social evening setting, the exhibition engages taste, sight, and sound as one connected experience.
