Since 1940 Illums Bolighus has curated the best of Scandinavian design. During 3daysofdesign Illums Bolighus, together with DK3, Kasthall, Blindes Arbejde, FRAUEN x Klippan and Claybybond; will focus on extending the lifetime of iconic design classics.

The concept behind Woodnotes, established in 1987, is to combine artistic creativity inspired by Finland’s rugged nature with technology to shape beautiful local raw materials. The softness of wool, the purity of paper and the glow of linen define a collection of timeless products with rare aesthetic quality. Woodnotes’ unique paper yarn innovation results in durable, allergy–friendly designer rugs and blinds made from paper yarn and cotton. These are presented alongside outdoor rugs, tufted wool–linen carpets, and atelier–woven rugs in cotton–paper and wool–paper yarns, among others.

Rooted in craftsmanship and functional design, each piece is carefully developed with durability, tactility, and scale in mind. Founded in Copenhagen, Ancher works locally with a production setup that allows for fast delivery without compromising quality. Their new studio—an old butcher shop transformed into a ceramic studio—reflects this approach: original materials, honest processes, and modern design.
