Fontein & Bova is a young, small-scale Belgian company with big dreams, specializing in the design and crafting of distinctive, solid wood designer furniture with great respect for craftsmanship and an eye for detail. All our pieces are entirely handmade in Belgium (Wichelen) by our small team of craftspeople with a tremendous passion for the material and the craft. High-quality hardwood such as oak and walnut are consistently used to achieve the most sustainable and high end result possible. Our partners, including those providing fabrics used in our upholstery, are carefully selected to ensure a reliable, 100% Belgian quality label.

During 3daysofdesign, Fontein & Bova will present well-known pieces from their Hugo collection, as well as a stunning, one-of-a-kind bar cabinet showcasing their proud heritage in true Belgian craftsmanship. Every piece is handmade with a passion for the material and an eye for detail. For the occasion, the Lapidarium of Kings will serve as a showroom for the beautiful contemporary works by the up-and-coming brand.

SAIKAIHOP, by Saikai Europe, traces its origins to the Japanese town of Hasami, where the history of porcelain production and innovation spans more than 400 years. Marta is a Los Angeles–based, globally–engaged gallery for art and design. Founded by partners and designers Benjamin Critton and Heidi Korsavong in 2019, the gallery makes space for artists to experiment with the utility of design, and for designers to explore the abandonment of function. Marta’s curatorial and publication programs take interest in the process and facilitators of a work’s creation as well as the narrative of its creator(s). Marta embraces the intersection of and the transition between disciplines, advocates for diversity in design, and promotes broad access to the arts.

JAPAN FORM is a Stockholm–based curatorial platform presenting contemporary Japanese craftsmanship in Europe. Porcelain lighting artist Hirotaka Tobimatsu creates sculptural pieces that reinterpret early 20th–century opal glass lighting through porcelain. Hand–cast and meticulously finished, each work emits a soft, diffused glow, bringing a quiet yet distinctive architectural presence to a space. JAPAN FORM is the exclusive European representative of his work.

With deep respect for design and acknowledging the urgent need for a circular transformation, FÓLK creates objects and furniture that enable the circularity of materials. Some of FÓLKs circular designs—such as The Airbag and The Lava Vase—have already become modern design icons, expressing how one’s waste can become another’s treasure. FÓLK explores new circular systems and develops designs from materials that are discarded, disregarded or leftover and through that journey aspires to facilitate people and companies to create more responsible interior solutions.

In 2026, Horreds marks 90 years of designing and manufacturing furniture in Horred, Sweden—not as a milestone, but as a mindset that has guided the company since 1936.

A–POC, the acronym of 'A Piece Of Cloth', is the name of the integrated design and manufacturing system first introduced in Paris by Issey Miyake in 1998. A–POC revolutionised the process of clothes–making with its innovative concept of a streamlined, all–in–one operation, in which all the parts of the clothing are pre–woven into a single piece of cloth. Launched in 2021, A–POC ABLE ISSEY MIYAKE aims to realise the infinite potential of the A–POC system with society in mind—hence the name 'ABLE'. The brand’s designer Yoshiyuki Miyamae and his team of engineers value the dialogue between creator and wearer, as they engage with different professions and industries to further explore new possibilities in design and making.
