Fontein & Bova is a young, small-scale Belgian company with big dreams, specializing in the design and crafting of distinctive, solid wood designer furniture with great respect for craftsmanship and an eye for detail. All our pieces are entirely handmade in Belgium (Wichelen) by our small team of craftspeople with a tremendous passion for the material and the craft. High-quality hardwood such as oak and walnut are consistently used to achieve the most sustainable and high end result possible. Our partners, including those providing fabrics used in our upholstery, are carefully selected to ensure a reliable, 100% Belgian quality label.

During 3daysofdesign, Fontein & Bova will present well-known pieces from their Hugo collection, as well as a stunning, one-of-a-kind bar cabinet showcasing their proud heritage in true Belgian craftsmanship. Every piece is handmade with a passion for the material and an eye for detail. For the occasion, the Lapidarium of Kings will serve as a showroom for the beautiful contemporary works by the up-and-coming brand.

Høstbo is a Copenhagen–based gallery dedicated to contemporary design at the intersection of objects, space, and lived experience. Conceived as more than a showroom, it operates as a platform for spatial exploration, where design is understood in relation to architecture, context, and use. Founded by Marie–Louise Høstbo, the gallery reflects more than three decades of experience across design and spatial practice. Her curatorial approach is grounded in clarity, material intelligence, and relevance, selecting objects not only for their individual qualities, but for their role in a larger spatial narrative. Established in 2007, Design By Them was founded by industrial designers Sarah Gibson and Nicholas Karlovasitis. Based in Australia, the company is run by designers who are dedicated to creating and producing unique products for design professionals and enthusiasts alike. DBT products are designed by Australian designers, developed in–house by the Design By Them team and produced worldwide. The brand’s growing curated collection of furniture, accessories and lighting is characterised by its unique Australian perspective, timeless aesthetic and distinct playfulness. Design By Them products can be seen in offices, universities, restaurants, hotels, libraries, airports and homes worldwide.

An installation by Imogen Kwok featuring KØGE, and MARLOT BAUS curated by Noura Residency. Craftsmanship, design, and cuisine are brought together not as separate disciplines, but as a singular living exhibition. In this collaboration, the boundaries between the permanent and the ephemeral are blurred. Here, the table sits in that suspended pause after making and before eating. It is a scene of organic materials that have been handled, and are waiting to be undone: Fat, powder, fruit, sugar. Cone, oval, sphere, leaf. This installation investigates the exact point at which we begin giving meaning to objects and the materials that make them.
