Their master artisans have hand crafted stunning, custom glass solutions for architects, designers, and visionaries for over 2 decades. As the only artisan glassmaker in the Nordic countries, Essis offers a wide range of basic or custom patterns to use in various glass solutions that are suitable for bespoke projects in public as well as private spaces. Cyprus Handicraft was established in 1975 to record and preserve various traditional sectors and techniques of Cypriot handicrafts with a view to promoting the economic development of each sector. Since then, its role has expanded to include design innovation programs that promote research, participation in international trade fairs, and the production of exhibitions highlighting the work of Cyprus master craftsmen, artists and designers. They believe in the dynamic nature of the Cypriot cultural identity and encourage a blend of traditional and contemporary craftsmanship in order for artists' work to be internationally appealing.

At their workshop on Portugal's Silver Coast, De La Espada combines artisanal furniture making savoir faire with rigorous, research–based contemporary design. Their portfolio of iconic and timeless pieces includes designs by their in–house studio, De La Espada Atelier, and by great figures in the world of international design. Specialising in woodworking and upholstery, they also collaborate with Portuguese artisans across disciplines. De La Espada sits at the heart of design and craft in Portugal and represents true luxury: creativity rather than imitation; extensive research and development; traditional methods that are in scarce supply; a singular aesthetic point–of–view; and no compromise when it comes to materials or effort.

Lapuan Kankurit is a linen and wool weaving mill based in Lapua, Finland. Their roots go all the way back to 1917, and today the company is led by the fourth generation. Together with top designers and professionals in the weaving industry, they weave sauna and spa textiles as well as wool blankets and other interior textiles from natural raw materials. They carry the responsibility of passing on the craftsmanship of weaving to the future generations. Lapuan Kankurit weaves responsibly, respecting the environment while continuously developing new innovations and techniques. They weave Nordic design, inspired by pure nature. To balance out the chilling climate of the north, they weave heaps of warmth and softness into their textiles.

Transforming everyday spaces—such as bookstores, salons, restaurants, and parking lots—into stages for collaboration, designers from different generations and cultural backgrounds translate their personal routines and local traditions into perfectly matched pairs. Just as "bread and butter" signifies something essential and inseparable, the paired objects form functional, aesthetic, and social relationships—quietly conveying each designer's experiences and contexts, while opening space for new connections and creative dialogue with local communities.
