Cassina, founded in Meda, northern Italy, in 1927, embraced industrial production in the 1950s, shifting from craftsmanship to serial manufacturing. Over the years, it collaborated with leading architects, designers and creatives to develop new forms and projects, building an eclectic collection. Karakter x Cassina is now part of Cassina’s atmospheres, offering a curated mix of design heritage and contemporary expression that strengthens “The Cassina Perspective”, where innovative products and Modern Movement icons create welcoming environments through a design code based on excellence.
“Make This Moment Matter”, this year’s theme of 3daysofdesign, is a particularly relevant topic for Cassina, constantly committed to safeguarding its legacy while investing in innovation, research and development, with a particular focus on durability and circularity. Set within the historic Frederiksgade 1 design house collaborative in København, six rooms defined by soft tones and harmonious atmospheres tell an eclectic design story that brings together iconic classics and a curated selection of pieces from the 2026 Cassina Collection, with special focus on the new Karakter x Cassina pieces.
