Burel Factory is a Portuguese brand from the mountains of Serra da Estrela. A heritage recovery project that revitalized burel - 100% wool fabric, with ancestral bounds to the region's culture. The brand works as a vertical wool mill, handling the entire transformation process, producing burel, blankets and home-decor pieces as well as acoustic solutions for interiors and architecture. Burel is sustainable, part of it is recycled, and comes from local shepherds who comply with the animal welfare. The production is made under a zero-waste policy, and most is made in ancient looms and finished by hand. The design is bold, colorful and conscious. A Portuguese brand with a mountain culture in its core and contemporary design in its fingertips.

Tine K Home, a Danish interior company, founded in 1999 by Tine Kjeldsen and her husband, Jacob Fossum. Modern Metier is a French design platform with a curated selection of contemporary brands and progressive designers. Working with talents from Paris to Stockholm, the platform represents a select roster of European designers, each distinguished by a singular perspective and original point of view. The name “métier,” drawn from the French word for craft, reflects the studio’s commitment to quality and enduring craftsmanship. In 2024, Modern Metier introduced its first collection of furniture and lighting named 'Solstice' in collaboration with French designer Léa Zeroil. Each piece is developed in close dialogue with the designer and local artisans specialising in woodwork, ceramics, upholstery and metalwork.

Origin Made is a Porto-based craft-focused design brand founded in 2019 by Gabriel Tan and Cherie Er, built on the belief that meaningful objects emerge from direct dialogue between designers and makers. Pairing international designers with craftspeople from Iberia and beyond, the brand develops contemporary furniture, lighting, textiles, and collectible objects that celebrate regional craft traditions. Each piece is shaped as much by the hands that make it as by the concept behind it, a process that values collaborative contemplation, material honesty, and the irreplaceable knowledge held by skilled craftspeople. Origin Made’s showcase at 3daysofdesign is supported by the DesignSingapore Council.
