ASPLUND Stockholm is a contemporary Swedish furniture brand founded by the Asplund brothers Thomas and Michael in Stockholm 1990. Their collection of storage, tables and carpets is designed by Swedish and international well-known designers, artists, and architects. Curated by the Creative Director Sandra Adrian Asplund. The company philosophy is to make high quality, functional, Swedish designed and handmade or semi handmade upon order. Furniture from People and for People.

ASPLUND’s furniture collection has been enhanced with three innovative creations from the distinguished design duo Mats Broberg & Johan Ridderstråle, who this year reaffirm the commitment to timeless design and innovation with their playful yet distinct lines. Together, they have explored the refinement in new Scandinavian design with continuity, harmony and function for nearly 15 years, resulting in this year's additions with the potential to become future classics.

Sausset Leou is an architecture studio born from the affinity of its founders, grounded in a poetic, vernacular, and radical approach to spatial design. During their architectural studies at ENSA Paris Val de Seine, Kim and Rémy worked together on alternative design projects through shared studio workshops. Sausset Leou asserts a rigorous sensibility and a precise sense of poetry. Their approach combines formal rigour with narrative freedom, rejecting hierarchies between building typologies. Each project is conceived as a sensitive reinterpretation of the history of places and people. The aim is to make beauty accessible to everyone, without distinction.

Kaikale is an India-based furniture brand rooted in local craftsmanship and people-driven making. In collaboration with the Scandinavian architect Alexander Mihel, the work brings together traditional Indian carpentry and Scandinavian design principles. Kaikale x Alexander Mihel presents a furniture collection developed over 2,5 years through a hands-on collaborative process. The collection is made using carpentry-based methods, working with established hardwoods and also experimenting with non-forest timber such as coconut timber. In India, the coconut tree has traditionally been fully utilised, with every part used. The furniture continues this approach by giving coconut wood a long life as durable, long-lasting pieces.

Based in Uji, Kyoto, Asahiyaki is among the oldest ceramic kilns in Japan, having crafted tea wares in the same family for 425 years. This rich history provides a unique perspective of time. Clay used today was extracted two generations ago, just as new clay is prepared for future generations. Tea vessels are not considered complete when they emerge from the kiln; they reach fulfilment gradually, through years of daily use. Besides making artistic pieces for the tea ceremony and sencha wares for daily use, Asahiyaki collaborates with global brands and restaurants on bespoke tableware collections. Every piece is thrown by hand on the pottery wheel by skilled artisans.
