House of Finn Juhl
House of Finn Juhl presents an exhibition grounded in Finn Juhl’s words: “The deviation is in the detail.” Reflecting his sculptural and poetic approach, the installation unfolds as a dialogue between heritage and contemporary interpretation. Spatial compositions by Mentze Ottenstein frame selected pieces alongside artistic references integral to his thinking. In collaboration with SEA New York, hand–embroidered textiles developed with Kjellerup Væveri introduce a layer of ornamentation, offering a new perspective on Finn Juhl’s furniture. Brick plinths and cherry wood screens echo his architectural language, shaping a quiet, immersive setting in which past and present meet.
