A Personal Approach

You will receive extensive support from our 3daysofdesign team

We will guide you at each step of your participation in our festival. From the registration process and choosing a location for your exhibition, to benefiting from our communication materials, i—Points, and more. Our staff will be available online and in person on the ground to support you. We’re here to make the process smooth and collaborative. You’ll also receive a warm welcome at our exclusive Kick–off Exhibitor Event in Copenhagen, designed to connect and guide you ahead of the 2026 edition. Extensive support is offered ahead of the festival

Our services include the development of exhibition concepts, consultation on practical details and local logistics, as well as co–development, workshops, talks, and gatherings. Upon request, assistance can also include match–making to suitable exhibition locations, in addition to on–site curation and production of group exhibitions.

Our ambition with 3daysofdesign is to create a dynamic and inspiring festival, where each exhibitor contributes a unique voice and perspective. While we are passionate about protecting originality and preserving design heritage, we encourage original ideas, experimental thinking, and innovative initiatives.

In keeping with our own desire for a more sustainable world, it is a key criteria that participants incorporate CSR and sustainability into the DNA of their companies and exhibitions. Taking steps towards a more sustainable future involves taking environmental responsibility, addressing social issues, prioritising fair working conditions, being accountable for your production and distribution, and contributing meaningfully to diverse and equitable communities. We may ask for documentation to assess your commitment to social and sustainable design practices, as well as the sustainable, inclusive and accessible nature of your exhibitions.

To create a unique festival experience, exhibitors are expected to actively participate in 3daysofdesign, and to create distinctive exhibitions and activities during the festival. For example, hosting talks with designers, creating immersive experiences, curated installations, conceptual design presentations, and more. We want to offer visitors from around the world new experiences and inspiring stories unique to 3daysofdesign. To create a seamless journey for guests, we ask you to please ensure that there is easy access to your exhibition, and that you use the way-finding materials that we provide.

The primary focus of our festival is on furniture and interior design. Therefore, designers, architects and brands who would like to exhibit during 3daysofdesign must have a connection with the interior design sector, and your exhibition needs to be relevant for the furniture and interior design world.

The festival requires exhibitors to understand that the participation fee is based entirely on each company’s gross margin. In order to be inclusive of design practices of all sizes, and to ensure that everyone is able to participate equally, our exhibitor participation fees are based on a sliding scale. We have a tiered model comprised of six different fees, depending on the gross margin of your company. That way, start-ups, major players and brands in between all have the chance to exhibit at our festival, and everyone receives the same comprehensive support.

Participation Fees

3daysofdesign aims to be inclusive of a broad spectrum of brands—from emerging talent and small start–ups to established and heritage companies. Our democratic participation fees are priced based on your company’s gross margin. All registered exhibitors receive the same benefits and exposure, no matter which category you belong to. Please note that the prices below do not include our optional location scouting fees.
Registration at 3daysofdesign is made on the basis of pre-payment and is therefore binding. Since all contracts contribute to the planning and preparation of event material, registration cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be made. Payment terms require exhibitors to pay in full by the specified deadline. If the invoice is not paid within the designated time frame, 3daysofdesign is entitled to consider the agreement as no longer valid. Registered exhibitors who do not comply with our terms of payment will not be able to participate in the festival.

3daysofdesign is Denmark’s official design festival, conceived as a platform to showcase and celebrate great design. It’s the opportunity to meet, network and be inspired by designs from local and global talent. The informal atmosphere welcomes people to engage directly with design brands at stunning locations all over Copenhagen.

Contact Us

Since its inception in 2013, Signe Byrdal Terenziani has facilitated the growth of the design community in her role as Managing Director. It all began as a small design event held in an old warehouse in Nordhavn, a harbour area overlooking Copenhagen’s waterfront. Four Danish brands launched the event as a joint initiative: Montana, Erik Jørgensen (now owned by Fredericia Furniture), Anker & Co, and Kvadrat. At that time, Copenhagen lacked a proper design festival, since the previous annual furniture fair at Bella Center closed down some years before.

Today, the 3daysofdesign festival extends to the entire city of Copenhagen and is considered the most significant annual design festival in Scandinavia and Northern Europe.

Each year since its inception, 3daysofdesign has grown in popularity exponentially. In 2025, over 460 brands exhibited at the festival, where over 60.000 visitors could choose from as many as 600+ events to attend in various design districts across Copenhagen, such as design talks, product launches, networking, etc.

3daysofdesign takes place every year in Copenhagen mainly in showrooms and galleries during June, Wednesday to Friday. In 2026 the festival will be held from 10— 12 June.

Pack your bags, book a hotel and come to Copenhagen! 3daysofdesign is open to the general public and everyone is invited to visit the showrooms, exhibitions, workshops and design talks. All events are free of charge.
