Vestre has been creating social and sustainable meeting places for over 75 years, driven by the belief that well–designed spaces bring people together. As one of Scandinavia’s leading manufacturers of sustainable urban furniture, we aim to inspire a greener, more connected world. Sustainability, quality, and design are at their core. Using high–quality, locally sourced materials, Vestre creates long–lasting furniture while striving to minimise their environmental impact. This commitment shines in The Plus, the world’s most sustainable furniture factory, designed by Bjarke Ingels Group. Since 1947, Vestre has strived to be a positive force for people and the planet. Because we believe everyone can save the world—a little.

Vestre is at 3daysofdesign to show how inclusive design can foster a sense of belonging in public spaces. In collaboration with the award-winning Swedish Note Design Studio, Vestre has created a colourful and welcoming installation in the Opera Park—a green oasis on Copenhagen’s waterfront. With this exhibition, Vestre wants to share their belief that public design should be open, joyful, and accessible to everyone – transforming everyday places into spaces where people can meet, pause, and connect. That is also why they chose to exhibit here in the Opera Park, because it’s open, accessible and belongs to everyone.
