Martela
Martela is a Nordic expert in designing better workplaces and learning environments, combining user insight, sustainable design and high–quality furniture solutions that stand the test of time. For 80 years, Martela has been improving productivity, well–being, and community at work. The company offers its customers a single point of contact throughout the entire lifecycle of the work environment—from defining needs to optimised maintenance.
During this year’s 3daysofdesign, Martela presents its latest innovations at a waterfront location in Copenhagen. On display for the first time outside Finland are the new Maia sofa collection, designed by Antti Kotilainen, and Sono work and meeting pods, designed by Iiro Viljanen. Together, these new designs reflect Martela’s approach to creating flexible, human–centred spaces where people can focus, collaborate and feel at their best. For Martela, it is important that people find joy in their work. Bringing joy to work is also the starting point for our design process.
