Kirk Studio
KIRK Studio, founded by Brian Kirk, has been creating sculptural lighting since 1999. Inspired by nature and art, Kirk explores bold forms, raw materials, and refined craftsmanship. Each wood–based design is crafted using FSC—certified materials, ensuring sustainability while enhancing acoustics. With influences from Bauhaus, brutalism and contemporary design, KIRK Studio’s lighting transforms spaces with light, texture, and form. Designed to be both functional and expressive, every fixture reflects a deep commitment to innovation, sustainability, and timeless design.
During 3daysofdesign, KIRK Studio opens its showroom and workshop in Nordhavn, offering an intimate look into Brian Kirk’s sculptural lighting universe. Set in the heart of his creative space, the exhibition showcases bold, nature–inspired designs crafted with FSC–certified wood. Visitors can explore the fusion of raw materials, geometric precision, and refined craftsmanship that define KIRK Studio. This unique setting highlights the process behind each piece, inviting guests to experience light, texture, and form in a dynamic, immersive environment where design and artistry come to life.
