How Can I Update My Account Information?
When you create a 3daysofdesign account, you establish an email address and password as your login credentials. It is crucial to maintain access to this email account, as it serves both as your login information and a means to receive essential festival-related updates.
Before you proceed, ensure that you are using the same login method you selected during the sign-up process, which involves logging in using your email address and password.
If you've forgotten your password:
1. Visit http://www.3daysofdesign.dk/login
2. Below the login fields, click on 'Forgot Password?'
3. Enter the email address associated with your account and click 'Send Email.' If you are unsure which email address you used, you can attempt various ones or recover your email address.
4. Look for a password recovery email from no-reply@3daysofdesign.dk. If you don't receive it promptly, refer to our troubleshooting tips.
5. Click on 'Password Reset' in the email, and you'll be directed to a password reset page. Enter a new password and click 'Save.'
If you've forgotten your email address:

Encountering an error message (e.g., 'This email address was not found'):
If you receive such a message indicating that we cannot locate an account associated with the provided email address, follow these steps:
1. Double-check the email address field on the login screen for typos.
2. Try alternative email addresses that may have been used during the account creation.
3. If the issue persists, reach out to us via email for further assistance.
How to change your login/account email:
Navigate to 'Account Settings' to view and modify your login information. For changes to your login email, please contact us. It is essential that the email used for login remains accessible, as it serves as our primary contact email.
When are all the deadlines due?
The deadline for uploading your brand description, images and exhibition address is February 1.
The deadline for uploading your exhibition description is April 1.
The deadline for uploading your events is May 1.
What is essential to upload before February 1?
We'll need a brand description, brand images and exhibition address to create your Exhibitor page on our website. We also need an assortment of images to promote you on our Social platforms.
However, to get the most out of your Exhibitor page and making it more interesting, we recommend adding several images and providing as much information as possible, this includes:
- Your brand description
- A wide format / landscape format images for the cover of your Exhibitor page
- A selection (up to 25 images) of different format images for both your Exhibitor page and SoMe
- Exhibition address – if you don't have one yet, please write "to be announced"
Additional:
- Links to your website and image bank
- Links to all of your SoMe platforms
- A press release in PDF format.
When do I have to upload my events?
The deadline for uploading your events is May 1.
What's the difference between an event and exhibition?
The event calendar is reserved for unique events taking place during your exhibition at 3daysofdesign such as: talks, workshops, a product launch accompanied by a glass of wine etc. An event is an occurrence, something that happens during your exhibition at 3daysofdesign. It is NOT the exhibition itself.
I've created an event for the event calendar, why can't I see it on the website and on the app?
To ensure that our event calendar is as useful as possible for our guests, our team reviews all the events before publishing them in the event calendar. Your patience is well appreciated.
Can I Update the Name of My Exhibition?
If you need to modify the name of your exhibition, please get in touch with us at registration@3daysofdesign.dk.
Distinguishing Between Brand and Exhibition Descriptions
The brand description is a brief text of up to 750 characters that outlines your brand. On the other hand, the exhibition description, also limited to 750 characters, provides details about your exhibition during 3daysofdesign.
When Should I Submit My Exhibition Description?
The deadline for submitting your exhibition description is April 1.
Why Does the Website Still Display the Old Version of My Brand or Exhibition Description?
Changes made to your members' page will be visible on the website once we republish it. Please be aware that this process does not take effect immediately; there may be a delay before the updated information is reflected on the site. Your patience is appreciated.
I've uploaded several press releases, why can't I see them?
It is only possible to show one press release on your exhibitor page. It needs to be a PDF file.
Where does the press gather images and information of my brand?
You can add a press release and link to your image bank or upload up to 25 images on your Exhibitor page.
When do I have to upload my images?
The deadline for uploading your brand images is February 1.
How do I upload images
Uploading images to your exhibitor page is easy! We've recently updated our image upload feature, so you can now upload files of any size.
Here's how you can do it:
- Log in to your account and click Upload images in the left side navigation.
- Click Choose Files and select the images you want to upload. You can either drag and drop the files into the window or click to select them from your hard drive or cloud storage solution (such as Dropbox).
- Upload at least one landscape/horizontal image for the website and one square image for social media.
- Once you've selected your images, you'll see a list of all the files you've chosen. Confirm your selection by clicking Add.
- Finally, click Submit to upload your images. If you need to preview your images again, you can click the link in the file uploader, which will show you the number of files and total file size you've selected.
Please note that after submitting your images, you won't be able to see them right away. We review all images before uploading them to the website to ensure quality and compatibility with our system. Once your images have been approved, you'll receive an email confirmation from registration@3daysofdesign.dk
While you're limited to 25 images on your Exhibitor page, we encourage you to upload as many images as possible. We may be able to use additional images for our SoMe posts.
