Welcome to 3daysofdesign! By using our services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

Data Collection and Sharing

• 3daysofdesign collects data from users for the purpose of improving our services and enhancing user experience.
• By providing your information, you consent to 3daysofdesign collecting, storing, and processing your data.
• 3daysofdesign may share collected data with members of our community for collaborative and community-building purposes.

Responsibilities of Members

• Members of our community who receive shared data are responsible for using it in compliance with Danish law.
• Data shared by 3daysofdesign should be handled with utmost care and respect for user privacy.
• Members are prohibited from using shared data for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination, or violation of privacy rights.

User Privacy

• 3daysofdesign is committed to protecting user privacy and will handle all data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Users have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data held by 3daysofdesign.
• As the recipient of the data, you are responsible for the further processing.
• Please note whether the visitor has given consent to direct marketing before reaching out to them.
• Please note, that received data must be deleted after 6 months if not used. However, when you receive the data, you become Data Controller and might still have a legitimate basis for processing after 6 months. It is your responsibility to ensure that the right basis for processing is in place and that data is deleted in accordance with applicable legislation.
• Visitors have the opportunity to make changes to their choices about sharing information with exhibitors. 3daysofdesign's system is therefore continuously updated with this information. Therefore, please be aware that data you’ve exported from our system may not reflect these changes. If you export data from 3daysofdesign's system, you are responsible for ensuring that the information remains updated and it is your responsibility to ensure that information is correct and that the visitor's choices are respected.

Limitation of Liability

• 3daysofdesign shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use or misuse of shared data by members of our community.
• Users agree to indemnify and hold 3daysofdesign harmless from any claims or actions arising from their use of our services or shared data.

Modifications to Terms:

• 3daysofdesign reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
• Continued use of our services after modifications indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

Withdrawal from the agreement

If you wish to withdraw your acceptance of these terms, 3daysofdesign must be informed immediately. Your access to data will then be cancelled and you are obliged to delete any extracted data.

Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark.
