* The communication package includes:
1. Your brand name will be featured on 3daysofdesign’s communication material, such as the exhibition poster, postcards, ads, billboards, exhibition map (digital and physical), etc.
2. You will get a dedicated event and exhibitor sub-page on the 3daysofdesign website and app
3. Your exhibition and event details will be shared on 3daysofdesign’s SoMe and digital communication channels, as well as the Press Kit, etc.

Conditions for enrollment and participation in 3daysofdesign.
Registration is made on the basis of prepayment and is therefore binding. Since all contracts contribute to the planning and preparation of event material, registration cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be made. However, if cancellation is due to restrictions directly connected to the Covid-19 pandemic, and if the cancellation is made in writing less than 14 days before the event, registered exhibitors are entitled to a refund of 30% of the paid amount up to DKK 25.000. Payment terms require exhibitors to pay in full by the specified deadline. If the invoice is not paid within the allowed time frame, 3daysofdesign will attribute interest charges as an overdraft. If the payment terms are not met, 3daysofdesign is entitled to consider the agreement as no longer valid. Registered exhibitors who do not comply with our terms of payment will not be allowed to participate.
