Viabizzuno draws together passion, tradition, expertise, experience, innovation and research in order to fully express its way of making light. Viabizzuno's strength relies on working toward a customized design, finding solutions that did not exist before, integrating light with architecture and so creating a recognizable image all over the world thanks to its formal and thinking integrity at the same time. Viabizzuno becomes a philosophy of life, a thought to follow by architects and designers in the world, an image in which to identify oneself, a style.

Helle Mardahl Studio operates at the intersection of art and functionality to create a dreamy universe of richly coloured glass designs of eccentric deviance. Influenced by nostalgic memories from childhood and iconic films such as Alice in Wonderland and Charlie & The Chocolate Factory, Helle Mardahl’s collection of glossy glass creates a conceptual candy universe of magic, dreams and indulgence. A graduate of London’s Central Saint Martins, Helle Mardahl is an artist and designer whose work encompasses sculpture, installations, and glass art. Her work is marked by a sense of lavishness and extravagance combined with a sense of flamboyance. Using the ancient technique of mouth-blowing, each object has its own unique shape and personality.

During 3daysofdesign, Copenhagen Cabinetmakers' Exhibition will be held in the craftsmens' house, Moltke's Mansion, an impressive Baroque building in city center, owned by the Association of Craftsmen in Copenhagen. The exhibition is displaying unique master pieces by master craftsmen, as well as works from final exams, apprentice pieces and works by more established cabinetmakers.

Since 1554, Copenhagen Cabinetmakers' Guild has been a gathering place for both furniture makers and building carpenters. Common for all Guild's members is the interest in noble craftsmanship, and not least the necessity of supporting the professional educational training.

Blå Station is a family business located in what used to be a sewing factory in Åhus, on the southeast coast of Sweden, where the ocean is just as restless as they are. With curiosity as fuel, they keep searching for the unexpected, yet-to-be discovered. Blå Station will exhibit at Swedish Design Point, as well as, a shared exhibition with ateljé Lyktan and iGuzzini at Bredgade 41.

In 2009 two designers, sharing a neo-modernist vision of functional, elegant design, decided to break free of PR-driven product strategies to create a furniture company focusing on the interplay between object and context. In order to realise their vision, they assumed control of the entire production chain – manufacturing, sales and marketing. This pioneering approach has paid off handsomely, not only in design clarity, but also in distinguished awards, renowned clients and representation in the permanent collection of the Swedish National Museum of Arts.

3daysofdesign is a curated design festival. In order to be eligible to participate as an exhibitor, you have to meet a specific set of criteria. Interested individuals, companies and brands can apply directly online via our application page.

It all began in 2013 as a small design event held in an old warehouse in Nordhavn, a harbour area overlooking Copenhagen’s waterfront. Four Danish brands launched the event as a joint initiative: Montana, Erik Jørgensen (now owned by Fredericia Furniture), Anker & Co, and Kvadrat. At that time, Copenhagen lacked a proper design festival, since the previous annual furniture fair at Bella Center closed down some years before.

Today, the 3daysofdesign festival extends to the entire city of Copenhagen and is considered the most significant annual design festival in Scandinavian

Each year since its inception, 3daysofdesign has grown in popularity exponentially. In 2023, over 250 brands exhibited at the festival, where visitors could choose from as many as 500 events to attend in various design districts across Copenhagen, such as design talks, networking events, etc.

3daysofdesign takes place every year in Copenhagen mainly during the second week of June from Wednesday to Friday. In 2024 the festival will be held from 12 - 14 June.
