Epal was founded in 1975. The story began when Eyjólfur Pálsson, the founder of Epal, returned from Copenhagen after completing his studies in furniture and design. He soon realized that in the field of design in Iceland something was missing which became the trigger for the creation of Epal as a design company. From the beginning Epal’s vision has been to increase Icelanders' understanding and respect for good design and quality products. Throughout the years Epal has been doing this by promoting good design and offering customers well known design products. Epal has always supported Icelandic designers and made an effort to help them promote their work and production, as well as Epal’s activities have increased Icelanders' understanding

Entering Maison Lelièvre is to enter the temple of interior design, at the heart of French heritage, to experience the essence of the French “Art de Vivre” at your fingertips.
Founded in Paris in 1914 by Henri Lelièvre, the eponymous Maison built its reputation with its velvets signature. Over the years, due to Lelièvre’s passion for colours, materials, and its taste for beauty, Maison Lelièvre has become, for more than a century, one of the major actors in interior design.
Lelièvre’s expertise, its craftsmanship, its heritage, and its unique “know-how” is a subtle balance between tradition and modernity.
